How to keep flash drives virus free?

i found my flash contaminated with virus. this infection is characterised by multiplication of folders on the drive.

Het forum gaat over de Adobe Flash software (http://www.adobe.com/nl/products/flash.html?promoid=BPBWO), niet over 'flash drives' of 'flash memory.'

Het is trouwens ook een Nederlandstalig forum zoals je kan merken. ;)
