I just made a little flash that shows date and time, but when i test it, it works and shows it (seconds and everything, but it keeps flashing very fast. how do I stop this?

You didnt make the timeline of your layer "display" long enough.
Go to frame 4 of layer "display', and press F5. that will increase your time line.
