Howdy all,

I'm looking for someone who can put together something rather quickly.... ( five days )

Prerequisite: I need to be invoiced for the work.

Job Description: I want impress a client with what we can do.

The client has given an example of a website that he likes ( mostly alpha/motion tweens, a rather smart looking menu )

Status: We're not making any money out of the project until it's sold.

Payment: I can guarantee 50 US$ for the effort, should the design be taken to the client.

If the design is approved and the contract goes further, we'll talk again.

There will be a html site made for seo purposes, we will cover that, the graphics might be inspired from the html site or vica versa,

Demo's of ideas will be enough, site will eventualy have a "splash page" offering "Nederlands, Deutsch, English" versions, in Flash or not.

I've already "Flashed" or "vectored" the client's logo.

Lijkt me niet echt een opdracht die ook maar enige zekerheid biedt.
Een vormgever levert werk en wordt daarvoor betaald, als er pas geld vrijgemaakt kan worden mits het ontwerp goedgekeurd is klinkt het niet heel professioneel.

Seems a bit pointless otherwise, if you do the work that secures the contract we could throw a donation your way, but then we would have to look for someone who can invoice us for the actual project.

If you turn up with something good enough ( imho ) to take to the client you get paid, whether the contact "gaat door of niet"........

What is this, "lets pull the job apart" time?

It's a real gig. I could do it myself, but I have a busy schedule.

There's a time factor involved and personally I don't have confidence in my own graphical prowess. ( although I have taken the time to get myself certified as a Flash designer and devoloper )

well...in my eyes "what WE can do" means that if I make this project, I will get a job at your company...otherwise it will show what I can do in stead of waht YOU can do.

so if this project means a job offer....count me in

If somebody else is going to make it anyway, why don't you just give your client a link to an existing website and say "We can make something like that"?
